- 2024/25 Calendar attached Grade 8’s programs of choice & career program application deadline February 2nd. Gr.8 Student Transfer Process February 5th – 9th. Transfer forms will be available in the office or on the district website
- Operation Snowball food drive, Saturday, December 16th, 9:30 at the school. Operation Snowball craft night is 6:00 at the school. If you can donate a baked item for the bake sale, please bring it to the school office, thank you!
- Dec.6 is the Band winter concert and Dec.7 is the strings winter concert 6:30 at Oak Bay Secondary. Music shirts can be picked up in the band office.
- Cedar Hill book fair provided by Russel Books. Oct.18th – 20th
- The first day back to school is September 5th. Grade 6 students attend from 9:30 – 10:15 and grades 7 & 8 students attend 10:30 – 11:30
- The library fundraiser in partnership with Purdy’s Chocolatier is on now! Follow the link to support the library and get books into the hands of kids while satisfying your sweet tooth. Order before March 26th. Orders will go home with students the week before Spring Break.
- Student Transfer Week is February 6th – 10th. Grade 8 students wanting to transfer high schools, applications can be picked up in the office or on this website
- Monday, January 23rd is a Pro-D Day – no school. Yearbooks on sale now until January 31st. You can order them through your cash online account.
- Second Term hot lunch program is now available. You have until December 9th to order through our cashonline. Also, we have extended sales for Cedar Hill Swag until Dec. 4th. Go to the link below and check it out.
